Morven Collington Santos
Morven (Coordenator) has five children, Gabriel (23), Rafael (17), Angus (7), Arran (4) and Iona (2).  Morven co-founded ND in 2005 (see history page) after  working for two years in a social project with under-privileged children in one of Belo Horizonte´s favelas. Before that she was a primary school teacher in Fife, Scotland until she came out to Brazil long-term in 2002.

Ted & Deirdire Collington
Ted (Pastoral support; Bible teaching and training; Hospitality ) and Deirdire (Pastoral support and Hospitality ). Parents of Morven, and two sons in the UK, Cameron and Scott. They have 12 grandchildren! Before moving to Brazil in 2004, Ted was pastor of the Eden Christian Fellowship, St.Andrews for nearly twenty years, and before that a Presbyterian minister in Newport-on-Tay. Deirdire worked as a librarian in St.Andrews University.

Romeu & Michele de Almeida
Romeu (Vice-Coordenator) and Michele (Camp Nurse in training; Admin), have one son, Igor (baby). Before coming to work at ND in June 2005, Romeu worked as a photographer and as an assistant in an information technology school in Belo. Michele is in her third year of Nursing Training. She joined the team after they got married in October 2005.

Ailton & Luisa Nascimento
Ailton (Groundsman & Maintenance; Camp monitor) and Luisa (Domestic support). Luisa joined the team in 2005, and Ailton in 2006. They have three children, Aline (19), Lorena (15) and Tiago (13). They live ten minutes walk from the farm.
